By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Plans & Free Tier

LinguDeep offers:

  • Free Plan: A permanent, feature-limited plan available at no cost for personal use and evaluation of the Service.

  • Paid Subscription Plans: Auto-renewing plans billed on a monthly or yearly basis, which provide full access to all premium features and content.

3. Refund Eligibility: 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our Service. If you are a new, first-time subscriber to a paid plan and are dissatisfied for any reason, you are eligible to request a full refund of your initial subscription payment, provided that:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original subscription purchase date.

  • The request is made for your first subscription payment only. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible under this guarantee.

  • You contact our support team directly (see Section 6).

This guarantee is designed to give you confidence to try our premium service risk-free.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please be aware that refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the initial subscription date.

  • Charges for subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) after the first 7 days of the original subscription.

  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

  • Downgrades from a paid plan to the Free Plan.

  • Refunds requested due to the lack of usage of the account.

  • Refunds for subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), which are subject to the respective store's policies and must be requested directly through them.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund under our 7-Day Guarantee:

  1. Contact Support: Email our dedicated support team at support@lingudeep.com from the email address associated with your LinguDeep account.

  2. Provide Details: Include your account email and the reason for your refund request. Feedback on why you were dissatisfied is invaluable and helps us improve.

  3. Processing: Our team will verify your eligibility based on your subscription date and history. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

  4. Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Upon a successful refund, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free Plan, and you will retain access to its features.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel the auto-renewal of your paid subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund for the current active period.

  • Mobile App: Manage subscriptions through your device's settings (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use of our Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
